Harrah’s Oklahoma to host job fair for new casino

Harrah’s Oklahoma, operated by Caesars Entertainment, will host an in-person job fair Thursday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Edmond Conference Center, 2833 Conference Dr., as it prepares to hire more than 300 people for its new casino and entertainment site.

Oklahoma City’s unemployment rate held steady in August, continuing a historic stretch of strong job performance across the metro. The OKC metropolitan statistical area (MSA) recorded an unemployment rate of 3.3%, improving from 3.0% in July (seasonally adjusted).
