MAPS 4 Diversion Hub expands services for residents navigating the criminal legal system

By Chamber Staff / Development / June 29, 2026

The new MAPS 4 Diversion Hub is now open, expanding Oklahoma City's efforts to connect residents involved in the criminal legal system with services designed to improve long-term outcomes and reduce future justice involvement.

City leaders recently celebrated the opening of the 35,575-square-foot facility, a $19 million MAPS 4 investment located on Linwood Boulevard. Diversion Hub helps individuals and families navigate and exit the criminal legal system by connecting them with services such as case management, behavioral health treatment, housing assistance, workforce support, recovery services, legal assistance and education resources. The approach is designed to address underlying challenges that can lead to repeated justice involvement while also relieving pressure on the Oklahoma County jail.

Mayor David Holt said the project reflects voters' desire to see MAPS investments support a broader range of community needs.

"In 2019, the voters of Oklahoma City made a statement that they wanted to see the power of MAPS impact an even broader spectrum of the human experience," Holt said. "The Diversion Hub will be a national model and the fact that our residents have made this investment with our own tax dollars is something that speaks volumes about this community."

The facility brings together multiple partner agencies under one roof, allowing clients to access a range of complementary services in a single location.

"This is a critical milestone for Diversion Hub and for Oklahoma," said Meagan Taylor, chief executive officer of Diversion Hub. "What we are truly empowering our clients to achieve is economic and social mobility while increasing public safety."

Diversion Hub was established as a pilot project in 2018 and has since served tens of thousands of individuals. Operational costs for the new facility will be supported through endowments established by the Arnall Family Foundation, which has contributed more than $56 million to support the organization and donated the land for the new facility.

The MAPS 4 Restoration Center and supportive housing are planned for the property immediately south of the Diversion Hub, further expanding access to services intended to support long-term stability for residents.
