The Greater Oklahoma City region is experiencing significant growth in Stillwater as it attracts a new global business. Kingspan, a global building materials company known for its high-performance products designed for energy-efficient buildings, is projected to create more than 100 jobs in the coming years. The addition is expected to enhance the community and contribute to regional economic growth.

The company’s new facility, located at 4115 N. Perkins Road in Stillwater, is part of its strategic plan for North American expansion.

"I am thrilled that Kingspan Roofing + Waterproofing is expanding their manufacturing and supply operations to Stillwater," said Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell. "Manufacturing is a cornerstone of Oklahoma's economy, providing thousands of jobs and driving innovation across the state. I look forward to partnering with Kingspan to generate growth in north-central Oklahoma."

The Stillwater facility will manufacture and supply membrane and insulation for low-slope roofing solutions, specifically tailored to commercial buildings.

“We are excited to welcome Kingspan to Stillwater. As a respected international manufacturer, they will further expand the diversity and breadth of local career opportunities and economic growth,” said Mayor Will Joyce. “We greatly appreciate Gov. Stitt, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce for their efforts to make Stillwater the new home of Kingspan Roofing + Waterproofing.”

The arrival of Kingspan is expected to significantly impact Stillwater’s economic growth and boost the entire state. Plans to revitalize rail usage in the manufacturing sector of town are also in the works, with an anticipated capital investment of $80 million.
