To find the best places to buy a brand-new home, Realtor.com analyzed the median sales price of newly constructed homes in more than 500 metro areas in December 2021.

OKC’s high ranking is primarily attributed to its abundance of obstacle-free, affordable land, which makes it easier for builders to construct homes quickly and inexpensively.
