Stitch Crew Batch 5: Top NBA official delivers keynote at Thunder Launchpad Demo Day

Recently, the Thunder Launchpad fueled by MidFirst Bank virtually hosted its fifth cohort of founders to present their businesses at Demo Day. In partnership with StitchCrew, the livestream event featured keynote speaker Amy Brooks. 

As President, Team Marketing & Business Operations and Chief Innovation Officer at the NBA, Brooks drives innovative decision-making and growth across the league’s business through the development and execution of new ideas and initiatives.

Brooks delivered her address to the companies and investors and participated in a Q&A session mediated by StitchCrew co-founder, Erika Lucas. The 11 businesses featured in the fifth batch of companies to complete the accelerator program range in industry from sports technology, hospitality and cannabis to philanthropy. Traditionally an in-person event, Thursday’s Demo Day was held virtually to continue the conversation around investing locally and elevating the entrepreneurial ecosystem to support Oklahoma businesses - now more than ever.
