Unemployment rate improves in July

For the month of July, the Oklahoma City MSA had an unemployment rate of 3.1% according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. This represents a slight improvement from June’s rate of 3.2%.

Oklahoma City had the ninth-lowest unemployment rate among major metros for the month of July. Statewide, the unemployment rate came in at 3.2%, while nationally it stayed at 3.7%.
