Brewfest is back

Over the last 5 years, the craft beer industry in Oklahoma City has exploded. Sometimes it can be a challenge to even keep track of each new beer launch or taproom opening. The annual Brewfest event is a terrific way to sample Oklahoma City’s expert brewers in one place.
Brewfest also serves as a fundraiser for the Oklahoma Bioscience Association and aims to raise awareness of Oklahoma’s diverse bioscience industry.
This year’s Brewfest will take place on Oct. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Admission is $35 and comes with a mug you can use for unlimited 5 oz tastings of the best local craft beer, wine and spirits. Also, the first 300 through the door will get a free Brewfest t-shirt. Free parking for the event will be available at the corner of Joe Carter ave. and Reno.
While sampling great Oklahoma craft beer is reason enough to attend, one of the best parts about the annual event is meeting the brains behind your favorite breweries.
This is an open-air event and tickets will be limited to due to COVID-19 safety concerns. Plenty of hand sanitizer will be available throughout the concourse.
