Celebrate the region's 50 fastest-growing, privately held companies

By Chamber Staff / Events / September 13, 2018

Existing companies are the backbone of the region’s economic stability, and no event celebrates their contribution like the upcoming Metro 50 Awards on Monday, Sept. 24, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, 1700 NE 63rd St. At the event, hundreds will gather to hear Mayor David Holt reveal the rankings of the region’s top companies, from No. 50 to No. 1.

Each Metro 50 award winner is a privately held company that demonstrated an increase in percentage of annual growth and submitted 2017 revenues of at least $1 million. This year’s winners generated more than $886 million in combined revenue and employed 2,657 Oklahomans. The organizations listed below represent many sectors of the economy and several metro area communities, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore and Bethany.

“Our region is fortunate to have these 50 companies driving not only economic growth but also community development,” said Jeff Seymour, executive vice president of economic development for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber. “With both rapidly growing and established companies being honored, the 2018 Metro 50 Award winners are foundational to Oklahoma City’s success and represent our community’s entrepreneurial spirit.”

The top 50 include several repeat winners and two Metro 50 Sustainers, a designation that honors businesses that have appeared on the list more than seven times in the last 10 years. This year’s sustainers are AtLink Services, LLC, one of the nation’s largest providers of fixed-wireless internet, and Saxum, an integrated PR, advertising and digital agency.

Tickets to the event are $100 each. Corporate tables of eight are available for $1,500. For more information or to purchase, visit www.okcchamber.com/2018metro50.

Special thanks to the following Sponsors: American Fidelity Assurance Company/INSURICA, Bank of Oklahoma, Cox Business, EY, Express Employment Professionals, The Journal Record Publishing Company, OGE Energy Corp. and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.
