Enlighten Dec. 4 to feature Energy's Pascarella

As a first year head coach in the USL Championship, John Pascarella already faced numerous challenges ahead of him. However, not long after coaching his first match as a professional head soccer coach, the entire globe began to face the very real fear brought on by Covid-19.

Remotely, Coach Pascarella had to forge trust and camaraderie with his new squad, then face the challenges of motivating a team of athletes to take the field in uncertain times. During the December Enlighten virtual event, Coach Pascarella will describe the new challenges he was faced with along with his candid review of how he tackled each one.
