Ensure diversity, equity and inclusion during the hiring process
Diversity, equity and inclusion conversations are important to implement among your current staff, but are they happening during the hiring process? The newest event of the Creating a Culture of Inclusion Series will explore that topic on Jan. 26 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Attendees will hear Angie Christopher discuss how companies can ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion exist not only in the day to day, but in the hiring process as well.
Christopher currently services as the global HR Business Leader for the US Home Services Group, a subsidiary of ConvaTec Companies. In this capacity, she is engaged in strategic and talent leadership for the organization. She also serves as the global chair for the Black Employee Network, ERG. Angie’s time in HR leadership has spanned nearly 20 years with various companies.
