Fly over to the Chamber's State of the Aerospace Industry luncheon

By Chamber Staff / Events / August 5, 2019

Aerospace is one of Oklahoma’s biggest and most important industries. To help keep you in the know of what’s going on in this key area, we celebrate and discuss Oklahoma’s aerospace industry ever year at the Chamber’s State of the Aerospace Industry luncheon. This year’s keynote speaker is Lt. Gen. Gene Kirkland (Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base).

The event will also feature a discussion on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Panelists will discuss what UAV manufacturing is taking place in Oklahoma City, what’s next for the drone industry in terms of use and development, and how the state and region can best position themselves to capitalize on future opportunities.

Vonnie Giles, FAA
James Grimsley, Executive Director of Advanced Technology Initiatives, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma
Jeffrey Herro, Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems
