Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon unveils new look as 2027 registration opens

Registration is now open for the 2027 Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, which will return April 23-25 with a new look for one of Oklahoma City's most meaningful traditions.
The Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon unveiled a refreshed visual identity Aug. 27 alongside the opening of registration for the 2027 race weekend. The new branding is designed to honor the marathon's mission while positioning the event for continued growth and engagement.
At the center of the new look is RUN OKC, inspired by the Gates of Time at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. Six distinct gate motifs, each represented by a different color, correspond with the marathon's six race events: the marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon, 5K, Senior Marathon and Kids Marathon.
While the look is changing, the mission remains the same. The Memorial Marathon continues to honor those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever by the April 19, 1995, bombing. Every participant and every mile helps carry those memories forward.
Oklahoma City residents will begin seeing the new identity throughout the community, including on billboards, banners, posters and coffee sleeves at coffee shops along the race course. A 20-foot Memorial Marathon gate will also be installed at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
Race weekend is set for April 23-25, 2027, with registration open for all six events.
