The 2025 Downtown Home Tour, hosted by Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership and the Downtown Business Improvement District, will take place Sunday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free, biennial event gives the public a look at downtown living.

Downtown offers walkability, access to public transit and proximity to entertainment and dining. The area’s neighborhoods have a strong sense of community, attracting residents looking for a dynamic urban lifestyle.

The tour will feature 10 properties, including upscale apartments, boutique townhomes and historic remodels. Notable stops include the luxury Spaniard development in Midtown and the Harlow project from Gardner Tanenbaum. Homes on the tour highlight options for professionals, families and empty nesters.
