Warriors of Air and Space: Tinker Air Show set for June 28-29

By Chamber Staff / Events / June 27, 2025

The Tinker Air Show returns June 28-29 and will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, marking their first appearance at Tinker Air Force Base since 2019.

This year’s theme, “Warriors of Air and Space,” highlights the work and dedication of military and civilian personnel who support operations at Tinker.

“We want to send an open invitation to the public so they can witness what we do here at Team Tinker,” said Col. Abby Ruscetta, Tinker installation commander. “We want to demonstrate the readiness and strength of American air and space power but also the wonder of aviation.”

Scheduled performances include the MV-22 Osprey, C-17 Globemaster III, KC-46A Pegasus, E-3 Sentry and KC-135 Stratotanker. The lineup includes both flying demonstrations and ground displays from military and civilian teams.

The show will also feature S.T.E.A.M. City, a space focused on science, technology, engineering, art and math. Exhibits and activities will offer hands-on learning for students and families.
