Early voting begins today
The election might not be for a few more days, but early voting beings today! If, for whatever reason, you don’t think you can make it out to your polling place on Nov. 6 and you weren’t able to request an absentee ballot, then this is for you! With early voting, you can place your vote between now and Saturday at your county election board. If you miss these times then you’ll have to wait until Tuesday, Nov. 6 to vote at your regular polling location. Early voters can vote at the following times:
Thursday, Nov. 1, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 2, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you’re still not sure about your voter information or where your polling place is, don’t forget to check out this online voter tool.
The Nov. 6 ballot will be full of important elections at every level of government, including five state questions and a special election to elect Oklahoma City's next Ward 7 representative. Nikki Nice and Kirk Pankratz earned the most votes in the primary special election and will stand for a decisive runoff election on Nov. 6.
