gBETA OKC accepts five new startups

Five Oklahoma startups have joined the gBETA Oklahoma City accelerator, part of a push to deepen the region’s innovation economy. The new cohort includes FKTea, Muse, Prairie Biosciences, RegIQ and Sckry.
gBETA OKC is a free, seven-week, no-equity accelerator offered by gener8tor, in partnership with the Greater OKC Chamber, Inasmuch Foundation, Love’s Travel Stops, Oklahoma State University and Square Deal Capital. Participants receive coaching, mentorship and access to investors as they scale their business within Oklahoma and beyond.
Since 2021, gener8tor has helped over 50 Oklahoma-based startups raise more than $20 million in financing and create over 200 jobs.
Dennis Pruitt, senior vice president of economic development at the Chamber, said the program underscores the city’s growth potential. “Programs like gBETA showcase the kind of homegrown innovation that drives Oklahoma City forward. By equipping founders with the tools and networks they need to grow, we’re not only helping these companies succeed, we’re also strengthening the long-term competitiveness of our region.”
Selena Skorman, regional vice president at gener8tor, added: “I’m confident that these are the next startups to watch. The grit and innovation exhibited by these founders is what Oklahoma is all about.”
At the end of the seven weeks, founders from the Spring and Fall cohorts will pitch their companies to investors, community leaders and the public at a showcase event in January 2026.
