OKC Zoo’s Safari Lights features new displays and holiday fun

The Oklahoma City Zoo’s Safari Lights features all new light displays, presented by OG&E, through January 1 from 5:30-11 p.m.
Safari Lights offers a drive-thru and walk-through course, filled with wildlife and holiday-themed light sculptures, interactive light displays, festive treats and photo opportunities.
The drive-thru experience includes admission for one vehicle, with up to four admission tickets to the walk-thru course. The experience begins with a nearly one-mile course through the zoo, featuring themed lantern displays. Then, guests will be able to enter the walk-thru course, which features a musical light show in the entry plaza, as well as animal and classic Christmas lanterns in the Children’s Zoo and outside of the Jungle Gym Playground.
Aside from drive-thru admission, additional walk-through admissions can be purchased separately, or guests can purchase walk-thru only tickets. Online reservations are required for Safari Lights.
Santa will visit the OKC Zoo daily from December 18-24, at the Jungle Gym Plaza. Photos will be an additional cost.
Admission for Sundays through Thursdays is $70 for the drive-thru and $16 for the walk-through, and admission on Fridays and Saturdays is $75 for the drive-thru and $18 for the walk-thru. ZOOfriends members receive a $10 discount on drive-thru admissions and a $2 discount on additional walk-thru admissions.
