The Value Index (27%): Looks at housing affordability and price parity for goods, housing, utilities and other expenses.
The Desirability Index (19%): Includes rankings, net migration, temperate days per year, and the density of restaurants and drinking establishments.
The Job Market Index (22%): Incorporates the unemployment rate and average salary.
