Pear Street Books and Plants – 918 N. Hudson Ave
Taking on a unique spin on books is Pear Street Books and Plants. Just like the name, it offers books, plants and gifts. This is a one-stop shop to pick up a good read, a quick gift, home décor items and so much more. This is a must-visit place in the city. It is owned by three individuals: Caitlin, a former public school teacher who simply loves books; Alex, the green thumb of the bunch; and Kevin, a jack-of-all-trades who helps customers and does whatever else is needed around the shop.
