Easter in Oklahoma City

As Easter approaches, Oklahoma City is preparing for its annual celebrations. Whether you are looking to take the kids on an egg-centered adventure or for a peaceful Sunday meal, activities are being offered across the city.
- Easter on the Green at Will Rogers Park – A premier public gathering space in the city, Will Rogers Gardens will host Easter on the Green on April 8 from 9 a.m. to noon. Crafts for kids, egg hunts and photo-ops with the fabled Easter Bunny will be available for $2. Registration is encouraged and can be completed online at www.okc.gov/parksignup.
- Oklahoma Railway Museum Easter Bunny Express – An egg hunt, moon bounce, miniature golf and family-friendly train ride will be included in the Oklahoma Railway Museum’s Easter Bunny Express celebration on April 8, beginning at 9:15 a.m. The museum recommends tickets be purchased in advance at oklahomarailwaymuseum.org. Tickets are $15 for everyone 13 and older, $8 for kids 3-12 and free for kids under three.
- Jones Assembly Easter Jazz Brunch – The West Village District eatery, Jones Assembly, will be hosting its Easter Jazz Brunch April 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are available for buffet-styled brunch, featuring live music and is priced at $45 per person; $16 for kids 12 and under.
- Tellers Easter with Live Jazz in the Great Hall – The First National Center’s Great Hall will also be hosting a jazz-influenced Easter Sunday April 9 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Center’s Tellers restaurant will be offering a specially curated menu, while live jazz music serenades its guests. The Easter Bunny will even make an appearance from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The all-day event is priced at $45 per guest; $20 per child 12 and under.
- OKC Outlets – Oklahoma City’s exclusive outlet shopping location will be open Easter Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. for those looking to get some last-minute treats. One of the nation’s largest specialty candy retailers recently opened its first store in Oklahoma at the Outlets.
