The restaurant industry can be full of trials and tribulations—nobody knows that better than Chef/Owner Jonathon Stranger (e.g. Osteria OKC, En Croûte, St Mark's Chop Room), Hank Kraft - COO Hal Smith Restaurants (e.g. Charleston's Restaurant, The Garage, Neighborhood JAM, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill), and Rachel Cope - CEO/founder 84 Hospitality Group (e.g. Empire Slice House, Gorō Ramen, Ponyboy, Revolución).
