Founders & Failures: Restaurants will highlight how to learn from failure and succeed in restaurants

By Chamber Staff / Lifestyle / May 7, 2019

The restaurant industry can be full of trials and tribulations—nobody knows that better than Chef/Owner Jonathon Stranger (e.g. Osteria OKC, En Croûte, St Mark's Chop Room), Hank Kraft - COO Hal Smith Restaurants (e.g. Charleston's Restaurant, The Garage, Neighborhood JAM, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill), and Rachel Cope - CEO/founder 84 Hospitality Group (e.g. Empire Slice House, Gorō Ramen, Ponyboy, Revolución). Hear them talk about some of their experiences in the restaurant industry and the lessons they learned from them at the Tom Love Innovation Hub's Founders & Failures: Restaurants. The event is Wednesday, May 15 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business.
