This year's OKC MLK Jr. Holiday Parade details are a little different than in years past, so read on to get caught up on how to celebrate and enjoy the day's festivities.

The parade begins on Monday at 2 p.m. at NW 6th St and Walker Ave., and will head south on Walker all the way to the end of the route at Reno Ave. See a map of the route, street closures, staging areas and more here. The theme this year is We Are CommUNITY, and the Honorary Parade Marshals will be the OKC Sit Inners and Minute Men.

There are a number of other events today organized by the OKC MLK Coalition you may want to participate in as well, including a prayer breakfast at the Reed Conference Center, Silent March beginning at the Freedom Center, Bell Ringing ceremony at the OK History Center, job fair at Douglass High School, Holiday Program at St. Paul's and more.

See more details at the Oklahoma City Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Coalition website, okcmlk.org and social media.
