Thundering up the standings

With the NBA All-Star game quickly approaching on Feb. 19, it is an exciting time to check in on our favorite basketball team, the Oklahoma City Thunder. If you have not been keeping up with the boys in blue you have been missing one of the most fun teams in the NBA. In about half of a season, the Thunder have already eclipsed the win total most experts predicted them to have all year. Despite being the youngest team in the NBA – many of the Thunder’s contributors cannot even legally have a celebratory drink at the Jones Assembly after the game – the Thunder are in the thick of the NBA playoff race.

By defying expectations, the young Thunder squad has become not just a viewing favorite of fans in Oklahoma City but across the NBA and the world. The nightly late-game heroics of superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the deft passing of Aussie Josh Giddey, the all-around game and great hair of rookie sensation Jalen Williams, and much more, have become can’t-miss TV. But what is better than cannot miss TV? Seeing these guys in person at the Paycom Center.

We have a feeling that as the season gets closer to the playoffs that tickets might start becoming a little harder to get. It would be a good idea to grab your tickets now as the Paycom Center returns to being one of the rowdiest arenas in the NBA. The Thunder offer some great deals on single-game tickets and has some awesome multiple-game packages also.
