Unique OKC-area yoga classes worth checking out

Myriad in Motion at the Myriad Gardens
Some things just make the perfect pair: peanut butter and jelly, Converse and tube socks, nature and yoga. Thankfully, there’s a place in Oklahoma City where you can get the latter for free.
The Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W. Reno, offers Myriad in Motion, a free yoga class that takes place among the beautiful scenery and tranquil environment the gardens offer.
Even better is the class is offered twice a week: 6 p.m. Tuesdays (perfect for a post-workday release) and 9 a.m. Saturdays (perfect for a pre-brunch pregame).

DOGA, dog-friendly yoga at Bar K
Cute pups? Check. Yoga with your dog? Check. A free mimosa or drip coffee? Where do I sign up?
Bar K, 901 SE 5th, took Oklahoma City by storm when it opened in February and has quickly become a place where locals — and their pooches — can gather and have a good time in a safe, controlled environment. Adding DOGA to the mix just elevates the kind of services Bar K offers to the community.
DOGA sessions are held at 9 a.m. Sundays and are $15 per person or $10 for Bar K members. Learn more at barkdogbar.com.
