Vintage Market Days coming to Chisholm Creek

Retail therapy is a big part of a lot of peoples’ lives. While the current pandemic has upped the need for that therapy, it has made the retail part a little harder. Though stores across the metro are open for business, many people are still are a tad anxious about being indoors around other folks. Vintage Market Days Chisholm Creek is a fantastic opportunity to get your retail-therapy fix safely since the event is outdoors.
Being held Friday to Sunday, Vintage Market Days is an upscale vintage-inspired market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home décor, outdoor furnishings consumable yummies, seasonal plantings and much more. Food trucks and live music will also be featured at the event.
With “Hello Darling” as its 2020 theme, the event provides a charming family atmosphere for shoppers to find one-of-a-kind items. More than 100 booths featuring high-quality vendors will be on-site, along with live music and more.
And don’t worry – you’ll still be able to support local businesses at this event, explained Erica Parker, VMD owner and event coordinator.
“As small businesses, most of our vendors use events like this as their main platform to sell their product, and since the pandemic has caused the cancelation of the majority of events for the year, they’ve not had that opportunity,” she said. “We owe it to them to help them make a living during this time. I’m thankful to have this event for them, not even for me.”
Vintage Market Days is donating a percentage of the proceeds to The Reckless Saints of Nowhere, a nonprofit organization that covers addiction treatment costs for people who can afford it.
