“Busting barriers to business growth” event to be held Nov. 8
International speaker and Oklahoma business coach & author Rob Garibay will assist mid-market CEOs and executive teams in implementing the concepts to scale business growth, from the bestselling business book “Scaling Up: How a few companies make it… and the rest don’t,” by Verne Harnish. The workshop will take place on Nov. 8 in the beautiful new Bank of Oklahoma headquarters’ 24th floor conference room overlooking OKC.
The business growth workshop will concentrate on the four critical decisions companies must make to profitably & sustainably scale their business: People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. These fundamental business growth concepts are based on the same habits that John D. Rockefeller employed, as chronicled by Verne Harnish in his earlier book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits”.
More than 20,000 executives and their leadership teams have used the proven Rockefeller Habits 2.0 tools and strategies to scale up smarter. In this workshop, CEOs and their leadership teams can lay the foundation and design a business growth road map for industry domination.
“Most firms think they have a viable strategy for scaling their business, yet many do not. The need for an effective growth plan is critical, now more than ever, to not only grow, but to also capitalize on opportunities to scale business growth,” Rob Garibay says. “The objectives are straightforward: attracting and retaining top talent, tripling profitability and/or dramatically increasing the cash flow of a business, while establishing a durable and sustainable competitive edge. This workshop employs and imparts the proven growth concepts to CEOs and their leadership teams so they can attain these objectives.”
