OSU to hold workforce summit on recruiting and retaining the new workforce

More than ever, there is a need for evolving workforce development conversations to gather together and discuss issues and hear ideas around improving how we work which will include a 2021 survey of Oklahoma employees as well as those not in the workforce to hear opinions of what needs to change to attract people back to jobs. In these sessions, you will learn about flexible work schedules, working from home and accountability, automation and the impact on jobs, and many other pertinent topics involving attracting and retaining employees. You will have an opportunity to share ideas and experiences about promising practices.
