“It has been an amazing 20 years as part of the downtown OKC community, and we are looking forward to honoring and thanking all our loyal patrons for their years of support and service to the Museum at this year’s Renaissance Ball,” said Michael J. Anderson, President and CEO. “We are also thankful for the Befforts for chairing this year’s gala. Their generous support is greatly valued, and I am excited to see their take on this year’s event.”

The evening will feature an open bar cocktail reception followed by an elegant dinner. The late-night celebration, a separately ticketed event, will begin at 9:30 p.m. with an open bar and refreshments continuing until midnight.

“We’re honored to be the chairs of the Renaissance Ball this year and are thrilled to have Meredith and Bobby Wegener join us as co-chairs,” said Mark Beffort. “The Renaissance Ball is one of Oklahoma City's premier events and is a major source of funding for the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. Not only does this event help bring incredible exhibitions to the Museum, but it also helps fund robust cinematic and educational programs.”

Julie Beffort added, “The Oklahoma City Museum of Art is a fundamental asset to the arts scene in Oklahoma City. We have been longtime supporters of the arts community and we’re thrilled to serve as chairs for the 46th annual Renaissance Ball – one of the most exciting parties of the year.”

Mark Beffort is the CEO of Greater OKC Chamber member Newmark Robinson Park, a full-service commercial real estate firm located in downtown Oklahoma City. He and his wife, Julie, have been supporters of the Museum since 2015.
