Spencer Fane expands regional footprint through Conner & Winters combination

Spencer Fane has officially completed its combination with Conner & Winters, LLP, significantly expanding the firm's presence across Oklahoma and Texas while establishing its first office in Arkansas. The combination became effective July 1 and strengthens Spencer Fane's ability to serve clients throughout the Southwest.  

The addition of Conner & Winters brings Spencer Fane to more than 750 attorneys across 38 offices nationwide, expanding the firm's reach while bringing together two organizations with shared commitments to collaboration, innovation and client service.
