The new year brings new leadership to NAI Sullivan Group

By Chamber Staff / Member News / January 30, 2024

NAI Sullivan Group, a leading commercial real estate firm based in Oklahoma City, has shifted ownership as of Jan. 1, 2024, marking a new era for the company. Five of the firm’s top-producing brokers, age 40 and under, have acquired the ownership, injecting fresh energy and innovation into the well-established brand.

The transition is a testament to the firm's commitment to growth and innovation as an industry leader in Oklahoma commercial real estate. Under the new leadership, NAI Sullivan Group is poised for a dynamic renewal, continuing its legacy as a trusted commercial real estate service provider with a fresh brand and office relocation on the horizon.

The new directors of NAI Sullivan Group, Sam Swanson and David Hartnack, have already revamped the company’s structure by welcoming Amir Shams, Nathan Wilson and Zac McQueen as partners with a strategic vision that allows for prospective partners to share in the company’s success.

"The transition in ownership signifies our dedication to growth and the evolution of NAI Sullivan Group,” Hartnack said. “By welcoming new partners and restructuring the company, we strategically position ourselves for success with a collective vision that will lead the firm into a dynamic renewal."

These new leaders bring a wealth of experience, market knowledge and a commitment to client-driven goals. With a collective 54 years of experience, Swanson, Hartnack and Wilson specialize in retail shopping centers and restaurants, while Shams and McQueen specialize in industrial product types, including warehouse, distribution and manufacturing. Their collective vision includes modernizing marketing campaigns, recruiting top producers in the industry and growing the firm’s services beyond brokerage.

"We are honored to take the reins and build upon the strong foundation of the NAI brand to grow our firm’s legacy across the region,” Swanson said. “The strategic shift will bring an array of opportunities to our clients and experienced market leading brokers interested in joining the forward momentum at NAI Sullivan Group.”

In addition to the change in ownership, NAI Sullivan Group invites experienced brokers to explore career opportunities within the organization. The firm offers a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to earn bonuses and become a partner. Experienced brokers interested in a career with NAI Sullivan Group are encouraged to email [email protected] or [email protected].
