The Freedom Center of Oklahoma City, LLC has been selected as the operator of the MAPS 4 Clara Luper Civil Rights Center. The nonprofit, established to educate and empower the community regarding the Civil Rights Movement in Oklahoma, will now operate this $26.8 million project.
