The OKC skyline will take on a fresh look with the completion of high-rise renovation projects.
The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s African American Cultural Heritage Black Action Fund received more than 500 proposals, which were then narrowed to 58 full proposals before choosing the final 27 recipients.
