Champion Hotels has finished renovating the former Marriott on Northwest Expressway into an Embassy Suites. Besides the more than 200 rooms, the property also has 20,000 square feet of event space, including a 10,000 square-foot ballroom.
Gardner Architects told the story of the EastPoint Project and won the National AIA film contest. The firm plans to use some of the prize money to start a scholarship for design students from the city's northeast side.

The Residences at Classen Curve will be a five-story multifamily project with 325 for-rent units and will be Hines’ first multifamily project in Oklahoma.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the 27,000-square-foot three-story building will have a 9,000-squrae-foot retail space on the first floor and office space on the second and third floor, each also measuring 9,000 square feet. The new mixed-use building is one of several exciting construction projects underway in the district.

The students at Positive Tomorrows have moved into their new school. The larger building will allow the nonprofit organization to triple its capacity.
