The Residences at Classen Curve will be a five-story multifamily project with 325 for-rent units and will be Hines’ first multifamily project in Oklahoma.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the 27,000-square-foot three-story building will have a 9,000-squrae-foot retail space on the first floor and office space on the second and third floor, each also measuring 9,000 square feet. The new mixed-use building is one of several exciting construction projects underway in the district.
“The strength of Oklahoma City is that we have a bunch of people all focused on the same vision," said Marc Jones, Homeland's president and CEO.
The students at Positive Tomorrows have moved into their new school. The larger building will allow the nonprofit organization to triple its capacity.
With the Holidays quickly approaching we thought it would be a great time to look at the retail scene in Oklahoma City.
The new parking garage will be on the First National Center's eastern side. The entire mixed-use project will open in 2021.
Construction on Heartland's new headquarters is nearly half-way done. The company plans to move downtown in summer 2020.
