2021 Oklahoma State Fair concert line-up announced

No matter your age, there are few team experiences quite like rowing, dragon boating and whitewater rafting. Not only do you learn about teamwork, accomplishing goals and camaraderie, but there’s just something about the power of a paddle or oar in your hand to connect you with both the water and your teammates that’s hard to replicate in other sports or disciplines (not to mention it’s good to have something in hand with which to defend yourself from any angry errant geese that cross your path, but maybe that’s just us).

oNE OKC event aims to highlight history, awareness of N.E. Fourth St.

Booker T. Washington Park at N.E. Fourth St. and N. High Ave. will be the site for the sixth annual oNE OKC street festival, an event designed to engage the local community and attract people from throughout the OKC metro to visit northeast OKC. This year’s event will take place on May 15 from noon to 4 p.m.
