The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber will present the 2022 State of the Schools, with featured guests Chancellor Allison Garrett and Oklahoma City Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Sean McDaniel, on Wednesday, August 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
On Thursday, July 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt will join business and community leaders at the Oklahoma City Convention Center for a unique opportunity to learn about Oklahoma City’s key projects and initiatives, and be inspired about our future development and opportunities.
On Tuesday, June 28, Oklahoma County voters will go to the poll to vote on a $260 million bond issue to fund the construction of a new jail and detention center. The bonds would take the place of retiring bonds, which would mean no tax increase for Oklahoma County residents.

Those attending the Chamber Forum on June 15th will hear from a panel comprised of county officials who will discuss the latest on the June 28 vote that, if approved, will fund a new county jail for Oklahoma County. The new facility will ensure public safety, provide for job training, mental health treatment and more.
